CRANEWAY GIRDERS

Analysis and modelling of craneway girders applied in the pulp and paper industry. We have designed a total of five types of craneways with an overall length of 900 meters. To facilitate installation, the girders are designed as continuous beams with spans reaching up to 12 meters between the plant building’s concrete and steel columns which form the craneway supports.

RECTANGULAR TANKS

Designing multiple rectangle tanks of different volumes for industrial process requirements, made of carbon steel and stainless steel. The tanks are housed within an industrial plant and have various support types – on an existing steel structure, on a mezzanine concrete slab and a foundation slab of the plant, all of which needed to be factored in during design. Due to all these properties, the tanks boast various applications in the process industry and otherwise.

PLATFORM

This hydrocarbon processing plant project consists of several imposing structures, including pipe racks, a process platform which is 14 meters high and supports more than 120 tonnes of equipment, a 42-tonne process column which is 44 meters high and built on nine-meter long pile foundations, etc.
